6/ 10.02.2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The issue of regularisation of para teachers has been set at rest by a Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No.315 of 2016 and analogous cases vide judgment dated 16.12.2022. It has been held that the para teachers cannot be regularized.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioners, who are para teachers, are claiming for regularisation. The issue is thus, covered by the judgment dated 16.12.2022 passed in W.P.(S) No.315 of 2016.

4. Considering the aforesaid fact, this writ petition is also dismissed in view of the judgment dated 16.12.2022 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(S) No.315 of 2016 and analogous cases.
