It has been informed that vide order dated

22.04.2019, Mrs. Priya Shrestha, learned counsel was

appointed as Amicus Curiae to argue this Criminal appeal

on behalf of surviving appellants but now since she has

been empanelled as Special Public Prosecutor as such she

is not in a position to argue the appeal against the State.

Considering the same, Mr. H. Waris, learned

counsel is hereby appointed as Amicus Curiae in this case.

Office is directed to supply the legible copy of paper

book to Mr. H. Waris, learned Amicus Curiae by 13th

February, 2023.

Let the name of Mr. H. Waris, learned Amicus

Curiae be reflected in the daily cause list henceforth.

Ms. Vandana Bharti, learned A.P.P has submitted

that now the case has been transferred to her, as such she

made a request that a fresh legible copy of Paper Book

containing typed copy of judgment may be directed to be

supplied to her.

In view of such submission, let a legible copy of

paper book be supplied to the learned A.P.P. forthwith.
