On the other hand Mr. Ajit Kumar, the learned senior counsel assisted by Ms. Tejaswita Safalta, the learned counsel has referred to the orders passed by the Letters Patent Court in L.P.A No. 168 of 2017, L.P.A No. 186 of 2017 and L.P.A No.203 of 2022 and batch cases.
