The order dated 21.02.2022 passed in this case suggest that interim order has been vacated, in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Pvt. Limited & Anr. Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation" (Cr. Appeal No.1375- 1376 of 2013 and analogous cases). Further, petitioner's prayer to continue the interim order dated 25.10.2018 was also dismissed.

The trial court is directed to conclude the proceeding immediately without giving any adjournment to the parties.
