Judgment is pronounced in the open Court. This acquittal appeal against Jamni Devi and Bhola Mahto is dismissed. Nirmal Mahto is convicted under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and also under section 304-B of the Indian Penal Code and he is sentenced to imprisonment for life separately on both counts. Both the sentences shall run concurrently.

Let the signed judgment be kept in the original file.
