11/ 02.08.2023 In this writ petition, an interim order passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division I), Koderma in Title Suit No.49 of 2010 has been under challenge.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents that the said Title Suit has already been disposed of vide judgment dated 27.02.2023. A copy of CIS and report obtained from the Court below has also been placed on record.

Considering that the Title Suit No.49 of 2010 has already been disposed of, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is rendered infructuous and is, accordingly, dismissed.
