No.1059/2013, pending in the court of the learned S.D.J.M., Latehar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the argument has

been concluded and the matter is posted for judgment in the learned trial

court.

In view of such submission, this matter has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
