13/06.05.2022 Learned counsel for the parties submit that Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.6111/2022 preferred by the State against the judgment and order dated 7th October 2021 passed in L.P.A. No.506/2019 has been dismissed on 8th April 2022 with a direction to comply with the order of the High Court within 8 weeks from that date.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the opposite parties are in the process of complying with the order. Therefore, the matter may come up after summer vacation.

Accordingly, list this case after summer vacation.
