2. Learned counsel for the State of Bihar is also present.
3. Nobody appears on behalf of the State of Jharkhand.
4. Learned counsel for the State of Bihar submits that a counter- affidavit has been filed in the present case by the State of Jharkhand, but he does not have a copy of the same.
5. Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to provide a copy of the counter-affidavit filed by the State of Jharkhand to Mr. Binit Chandra, Advocate by 13.05.2022.
6. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks adjournment and submits that a criminal case has also been instituted against the petitioner and accordingly, he will seek instruction in the matter.
7. Considering the prayer made for adjournment, the matter is adjourned and directed to be posted under the heading for 'Final Disposal' on 09.06.2022.
8. The parties are directed to file their short synopsis of argument, list of dates and judgments on which they seek to rely, latest by 06.06.2022.
