9/31.03.2022 Mr. P.P.N.Roy, the learned Senior counsel appearing for the
petitioners submits that the O.P.No.2 has filed the divorce suit who is
husband and the divorce suit has been dismissed. He submits that he
has received the certified copy of that judgment few days back.
According to him, the said judgment is having far reaching effect in
deciding this petition. He want to bring the same on record by way of
filing supplementary affidavit and for that, he seeks two weeks' time.
Mr. Indrajit Sinha, the learned counsel for the O.P.No.2
submits that in view of the observation of the Hon'ble Supreme Court the
case is required to be decided at an early date, the trial court is not
proceeding in view of the fact that the petitioner is enjoying the stay in
this case so far as the criminal case is concerned.
In view of the above facts, let it appear on 21.04.2022.
Interim order dated 08.11.2017 shall remain in force till
next date.
