6/31.03.2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present. Nobody appears on behalf of the O.P. No.2.
It has been pointed out by the learned APP that the concerned case, against which, this Cr.M.P. has been filed, ie. G.R. Case No.918 of 2012, vide Chas P.S. Case No.173 of 2012, has been disposed of and the petitioners have been acquitted and therefore this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners also fairly did not controvert the judgment passed by the learned trial court in the concerned case pending in the Court below vide judgment dated 05.03.2018 and it is submitted that this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous.
Having taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
