03/28.03.2022. I.A. No.1911 of 2022 has been filed for extension of interim order dated 09.03.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 09.03.2017 stood vacated in view of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency Private Limited & another v. Central Bureau of Investigation , reported in (2018) 16 SCC 299 and the learned court below has proceeded in the complaint case.

Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 seeks time. In view of the above facts and considering that the learned court below has proceeded in the case and earlier stay was allowed in favour of the petitioner, the prayer made in the said I.A. is allowed.

Interim order dated 09.03.2017 is extended, till the next date. Accordingly, I.A. No.1911 of 2022 stands disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve two copies of the petition upon Ms. Amrita Sinha, learned counsel for opposite party no.2, by tomorrow.

At the request of Ms. Amrita Sinha, let this matter appear on 28.04.2022.

Let the name of Ms. Amrita Sinha be reflected in the cause-list on behalf of opposite party no.2.
