Mr. Amit Kumar Das, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that Bharat Coking Coal Limited has preferred the instant Writ Petition against the judgment dated 31.01.2019 (Annexure-4) passed by learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Dhanbad in M.J. Case No.35 of 2015 whereby the Labour Court has allowed the application filed by the respondent under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and direct the petitioner to pay Rs.5,00,000/- to the respondent along with interest @6% per annum with effect from 23.01.2014 within 60 days, failing which, the petitioner has been directed to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of expiry of the said period after deducting Rs.84,600/-, which has been paid towards ex-gratia.

Mr. Lukesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent- Workman has submitted that one week's time may be granted so as to assist this Court properly.

Considering the same, put up this case in the next week.
