02/21.01.2022: The petitioner is an accused for the offence punishable under
Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 435, 427 and 364A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act in connection with S.T. No. 324 of 2017, arising out of Sadar (Satbarwa) P.S. Case No. 93/2012, G.R. NO. 450/2012, pending in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Palamau at Daltonganj.
Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected twice. During course of argument, counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is at the stage of argument.
In view of the above submission, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
However, the petitioner is directed to cooperate and argue the case in virtual mode.
The trial court is also directed to hear the parties and pass necessary judgment accordingly.
