1. The instant criminal revision application has been filed against the judgment dated 23.05.2018 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Fast Track Court (Women Case), Deoghar in Criminal Appeal No.34 of 2014 whereby the learned court below has affirmed the judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 05.03.2014 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoghar in G.R. Case No.174 of 2006 (T.R. No.147 of 2014).
2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the revisionist that the matter has already been settled between the parties and they are leading a happy conjugal life. In fact, the wife is residing with the husband.
3. In view of above submission, issue notice to the Opposite Party No.2, both under registered cover with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
4. Put up this case after two weeks.
