2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the judgment passed by this court in W.P. (S) No. 3339 of 2018 decided on 14.01.2020.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the judgment passed in W.P. (S) No. 3339 of 2018 is subject matter of consideration in L.P.A. No. 263 of 2020.

4. Office is directed to place this case under the heading for Admission before appropriate Bench as per roster immediately after disposal of L.P.A. No. 263 of 2020. The judgment to be passed in L.P.A. No. 263 of 2020 be also placed on record.
