2/ 25.08.2022 The petitioner-Association is claiming regularization of service of its members.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that case of regularization of the members of Association have not been considered on the ground that they were not working on sanctioned post. Learned counsel further places reliance upon the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Nihal Singh & Ors. Vs. State of Punjab & Ors, reported in (2013) 14 SCC 65.

Respondent State is directed to file counter affidavit. Since similar matter i.e. W.P.(S) No. 6347 of 2018 & other analogues matters is already sub judice before this Court, let this case be listed after outcome of W.P.(S) No. 6347 of 2018.
