03/16.08.2022            The present appeal has been preferred by the complainant-victim against

the order of acquittal passed by the appellate court vide judgment dated 25.01.2022.

In view of the order passed by this Court on 16.08.2022 in Acquittal Appeal No.144 of 2019, the present appeal is maintainable.

Issue notice upon the respondent No.2 by both processes i.e. by registered post with A/D as well as ordinary process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks.
