Learned counsel for the respondents-State, Mr. Rahul Saboo, G.P.-II has submitted that State has filed counter-affidavit, but one week time may be granted so as to assist this Court properly.

It appears that this Court has already disposed of two matters pending before this Court on similar issue that whether pursuant to the notification issued in the year, 1953 any inquiry has been made under Section 29(3) of the Indian Forest Act and the map was prepared on the basis of notification without holding enquiry in the year, 1961. Subsequent thereto the Revenue Officer(s) have released the land in favour of the raiyats and pursuant thereto the map has not been corrected, as such, respondents-State is directed to look into the judgment passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.3306 of 2020 and W.P. (C) No.3310 of 2020 both dated 05.08.2022.
