2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a counter- affidavit has been filed in the present case as back as on 04.05.2017 but he prays for some time to file rejoinder to the same. Learned counsel also submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by a judgment passed by Hon'ble Patna High Court in C.W.J.C. No.6269 of 2015 disposed of on 17.07.2019. He submits that the matter may be posted on 30.08.2022.

3. Considering the submission made, post this case on 30.08.2022.

4. The rejoinder to the counter affidavit should be filed by 25.08.2022. If the rejoinder is not filed, the case will be taken up on the basis of materials available on record and no further adjournment will be granted.
