Respondent has appeared on her own.
2. Present Appeal is posted on the prayer for maintenance pendentilite by the Respondent-wife made through I.A. 4615/2021. Parties have filed their respective affidavits in terms of the judgment rendered in the case of Rajnesh versus Neha & Others in Criminal Appeal No. 730/2020.
3. Respondent has orally sought to repel some of the claims relating to the disclosure affidavit filed by the appellant. She is at liberty to file a reply to the affidavit within one week. However, Respondent has expressed her inability to come physically because of her physical handicap which she has undergone due to the accident four years back. Presence of the Respondent or the appellant is not required for deciding the prayer for maintenance pendentilite, neither do we insist upon appearance of the parties for this purpose. There has been no order also on the last three dates asking for the presence of the parties.
4. As such, let the case appear on 17.08.2022 for consideration on I.A. No. 4615/2021.
