05/21.09.2021. This criminal miscellaneous petition has been taken through Video

Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account

the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Mr. M.S. Mittal, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners has supplied

list of dates and pre-hearing submissions along with the judgments on

which, he is relying.

Mr. Shailesh, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 submits that the

said documents have not been supplied to him.

Mr. Salona Mittal, learned J.C. to learned Senior counsel Mr. M.S.

Mittal undertakes to supply the same to Mr. Shailesh, in course of the day.

Mr. Shailesh fairly submits that he will share the judgments, on which

he is relying, to the learned Senior counsel for the petitioners and he will

also supply the same to the Court.

Interim order dated 08.07.2021 is extended, till the next date.
