02/16.09.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C by the impugned judgment of conviction dated 27.01.2020 passed in Sessions Trial No. 38 of 2016 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Garhwa and has been sentenced to imprisonment for life and a fine of Rs. 50,000/- with a default sentence by the impugned order of sentence dated 31.01.2020.

Call for the lower court record in connection with Sessions Trial No. 38 of 2016 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI, Garhwa.

Learned A.P.P. would enquire as to the status of the investigation/ trial against other co-accused Ramashray Yadav and Chandrashekhar Yadav and file an affidavit to that effect within a period of 4 weeks.
