07/14.09.2021 In order to remove the defect no. 9(ii), let the impugned judgment be sent back to the learned Trial Court as there is apparent difference in the date of judgment in the first page and at the final page i.e., 31.01.2019 and 31.01.2020 respectively. Let such correction be made by the learned Trial Court within a period of one week from its receipt and same be returned to this Court forthwith.
In order to remove the remaining defects, learned counsel for the appellant prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to remove the following surviving defects:
9(i). Subject may be specified. 9(iii) Limitation petition may be filed.
