03/ 29.10.2021            This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in

view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

I.A. No. 5832 of 2021 has been filed stating therein that the other accused persons i.e. husband and brother-in-law have been acquitted in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties and the judgment has been annexed to this interlocutory application.

Mr. Rakesh Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that on the above ground, the aforesaid interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawing the criminal miscellaneous petition.

Mr. Nagmani Tiwari, learned counsel appearing for the O.P. No. 2 accepts the above position and he has got no objection.

In view of the above, prayer made in the interlocutory application is allowed and the same has been disposed of.

The criminal miscellaneous petition, is accordingly, disposed of as withdrawn.
