18/ 22.10.2021 This petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic Notice upon the opposite parties.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in absence of any enquiry, punishment order has been passed against the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the State has disputed the aforesaid statement and submits that full-fledged enquiry was there and he submits that there are judgments on which, he has relied. He submits that this matter may be taken up on another day to enable him to come prepared with those judgments.
