04/17.03.2021 Heard Mr. Arbind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Lily Sahay, learned counsel for the opposite party-State.

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Status report has been received whereby it has been informed that accused Sanjiv Kumar @ Suman Kumar has been convicted whereby other accused persons have been acquitted vide judgment dated 08.01.2019 by the Court of S.D.J.M., Jamtara.

In view of status report, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, instant criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
