This criminal miscellaneous petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Status report has been received whereby it has been informed that the judgment has been pronounced by the Court below on 18.12.2018 and the accused Mahabir Dey had been found guilty for the offence under Sections 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code on 18.12.2018 and released after admonition and accused has been acquitted for the offence under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code in this case.
In view of status report, this Cr.M.P. has become infructuous. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.
