He submits that there are judgments of the Court showing that all the said offences has to be committed within the public view.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, counsel for the petitioners is directed to produce the judgments which specifically provides that all the offences under the S.C. & S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act must be committed within the public view to attract the said Section.
