02/26.07.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence punishable under Section 4 of the POCSO Act and Section 363,366(A) and 376 of the I.P.C by the impugned judgment of conviction dated 22.03.2021 passed in POCSO Case No. 17 of 2016 by the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, POCSO Cases, Chatra and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 20 years and a fine of Rs. 50,000/- and a default sentence as a consolidated sentence for the aforesaid offences by the order of sentence dated 07.04.2021.

Call for the Lower Court Record in connection with POCSO Case No. 17 of 2016 from the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I cum Special Judge, POCSO Cases, Chatra.
Prayer for suspension of sentence of the appellant made through I.A. No. 2989 of 2021 shall be considered after receipt of the L.C.R.
