In this batch of writ petitions some of the matters were filed way back in the year 2006-07 and subsequently the other writ petitions preferred by the Bihar State Financial Corporation were tagged together.
2. According to Mr. Ashok Kumar Yadav, the learned counsel for the petitioner-Corporation an issue involved in this batch of writ petitions is a pure question of law and, therefore, the writ petitions can be disposed of without taking further affidavits from the parties.
3. When these writ petitions were called out for hearing several banks are not represented through their learned counsels, may be on account of change of counsel and for the reason that these writ petitions are listed on Board after a long time.
4. The petitioner-Corporation shall serve a copy of this order forthwith upon the respondent-bank(s) to intimate them the next date of hearing so that they can make appropriate arrangement for presentation of their case before this Court. The petitioner-Corporation shall file affidavit of service within next two weeks. It is clarified that a web copy of the order may be served upon the respondent-bank(s). Additionally, the learned counsels representing respective banks, if available, may also be served a copy of this order so that they can appear on the next date of hearing to argue the matter on behalf of the respondent-bank(s) in opposition to the writ petitions.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioners shall prepare short synopsis and list of dates separately in each writ petitions, and notes on written arguments.
6. The respondents also may file their written submissions.
7. Permission to file admitted additional documents and compilation of the judgments, if any, on or before 16.08.2021.
8. Post these matters on 20.08.2021 under the heading ''Final Disposal'' to be listed in the supplementary cause-list and taken up as the first matter.
