04 / 05.07.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offences punishable under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code by the impugned judgment dated 16.01.2020 passed in Sessions Trial No. 178/2018 by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Garhwa and has been sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life with a fine of Rs. 5,000/- and default sentence, by the impugned order of sentence dated 21.01.2020. Other accused Chandradev Rajwar, father-in-law has been acquitted of the charges.
