08/06.01.2021 Learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Robin Kumar prays for and is allowed two weeks' time to remove the following surviving defects:-
(i) Name and parentage of sole appellant may be corrected.
(ii) Name and details of respondent no.2 may be corrected.
(iii) Respondent no.1 of this memo is not party i.e. C.C. of Civil Misc. Case No.1/18. It may be verified.
(iv) Designation of ld. P.O. may be verified at para-1, aggrieved and in prayer portion of the memo.
(v) Correct party position may be given for all parties.
State of Jharkhand has been impleaded as respondent no.1 though it is not a necessary party since the appeal arises out of judgment and decree of the learned Family Court in a Matrimonial Suit seeking divorce.
Let the name of State of Jharkhand be deleted from the array of the parties. Office to carry out the deletion. Names of the State of Jharkhand and the counsels representing the State of Jharkhand be also not reflected in the cause list henceforth.
