03/18.01.2021. Heard Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Jagdeesh, learned counsel for the respondent-State and Mr. Amresh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-University.
This writ petition has been heard through Video Conferencing in view of the guidelines of the High Court taking into account the situation arising due to COVID-19 pandemic.
Mr. Saurav Arun, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this matter is covered in view of the judgment passed by this Court as well as coordinate Bench of this Court.
Mr. Jagdeesh, learned counsel for the respondent-State and Mr. Amresh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent-University jointly submit that they are not aware of those judgments.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will supply the judgments to learned counsel for the respondent-State and the respondent- University in course of the day.
