The matters were repeatedly called out, nobody appears on behalf of the appellant, the name of learned counsel, Mr. Sahja Nand Saraswati and learned counsel, Mr. Rakesh Kumar are appearing on behalf of the appellant.
Learned counsel for the respondent, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sinha is present and he has submitted that impugned judgment does not require any interference as the learned Tribunal has rightly passed the judgment.
Since the counsels for appellant are not present, as such, by way of last indulgence to learned counsels for the appellant, let these cases be listed in the next week.
