1. The present criminal revision applications are directed against the order and judgment dated 27.06.2003 passed in Cr. Appeal Nos. 29/2002 and 30/2002 arising out of Lower Bazaar P.S. Case No. 17/99, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 731/99 (T.R. No. 245/2002).

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner Ms. Alka Kumari appears in Cr. Revision No. 871/2003. She submits that she does not have any instruction from the petitioner. The learned counsel also submits that she does not have a copy of the brief and the same may be provided to her.

3. Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite party-State.

4. Office is directed to issue notice to the petitioners in both the cases through the officer-in-charge of the concerned police station, so that the petitioner may take appropriate steps for final disposal of the present cases.

5. Learned counsel for the opposite party-State is directed to seek instruction and file appropriate affidavit of the officer-in-charge of the concerned police station or any person authorized by him after due service of notice upon the petitioners. The affidavit should be filed latest by 13.01.2022.

6. Office is directed to provide a soft copy of the present revision petition along with its enclosures to Ms. Alka Kumari, learned counsel for the petitioner.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the office of learned Advocate General for compliance.

8. Post these cases on 17.01.2022 under the heading for 'final disposal'.
