The instant Second Appeal has been preferred against the concurrent findings of both the courts below i.e. against the judgment dated 12.09.2017 and decree signed on 20.09.2017 passed by learned Additional District Judge-XIII, Jamshedpur in Title Appeal No.10 of 2013, whereby the judgment dated 13.02.2013 and decree signed on 23.02.2013 passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division)-1, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur, in Title Suit No.55 of 2008 has been affirmed.

From perusal of the office note it appears that court fee paid is short by Rs.810/-.

Learned counsel for the appellants has prayed for two weeks time to deposit deficit court fee of Rs.810/-.

Considering the same, two weeks' time is granted to deposit deficit court fee of Rs.810/-, failing which, this appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench, as the appeal is of the year, 2018.

Office is directed to delete the name of learned counsel, Mr. Atanu Banerjee in the cause-list and the same be substituted by reflecting the name of learned counsel, Mr. Sachin Kumar, AAG-II.
