After some argument, Mr. Amit Kumar Sinha, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a contempt petition against the respondent no. 2 - the Director, Higher, Technical Education and Skill Development Department, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi for non-compliance of judgment dated 27.01.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 01 of 2020.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
