04 / 05.04.2021 The sole appellant stands convicted for the offence under sections 376(2)(h), 376(2)(n) and 376(3) of I.P.C and section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, by the impugned judgment dated 28.01.2020 rendered in Spl. (POCSO) Case No. 37/2018 by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge under POCSO Act, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa and has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for life with a fine of Rs. 25,000/- and default sentence, vide impugned order of sentence dated 31.01.2020.
