01. By this petition, petitioner is seeking direction upon respondents to

follow the procedure as laid down in the Right to Fair Compensation

and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act, 2013, pass appropriate award and pay interest,

solatium, as prescribed under the said Act for commercial land of

petitioner measuring 01 Kanal falling under Survey No. 1251/378

Min situated at village Zainapora District, Shopian.
