02. Mr. M.Y. Akhnoon, learned Advocate has submitted that

against the judgment which is sought to be implemented,

LPA has been filed. In response learned counsel for the

petitioner has submitted that the LPA stands already dismissed by the Hon'ble Division Bench vide judgment

dated 30.12.2024 passed in LPA No. 56/2024.

03. In view of the above, the respondents are directed to file

compliance report positively on the next date of hearing.
