01. Notices have been sent to respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 8
through registered post on 27.12.2025 but the same have
not been received back served or un-served.
02. Since the statutory period is over, they are deemed to
have been served.
03. At this stage, respondent Nos. 5, 6 and 8 have put in
their appearance in person, before this Court and they
seek time to engage a counsel on their behalf and also to
file reply to the writ petition. Time is granted.
04. Needful be done by the next of hearing.
05. List this case on 06.03.2026.
06. Interim direction/s, if any, to continue till the next date
