1. This is an application seeking rectification of judgment

dated 26.12.2025 read with order dated 10.02.2026. It

has been submitted that inadvertently the particulars of

impugned detention order has been mentioned as

No.08/DMB/PSA/2024 dated 29.03.2024 instead of

No.DMB/PSA/09 of 2024 dated 11.09.2024. On

perusal of the writ record, it appears that the

submission made in the application is well founded.

Accordingly it is provided that particulars of the

impugned detention record wherever appearing in the

judgment dated 26.12.2025 or order dated 10.02.2026

be read as No.DMB/PSA/09 of 2024 dated

11.09.2024.
