                                   ORDER

13.02.2026

1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has instructions not

to pursue the instant petition any further as the parties have reached to

an out-of-Court settlement and, as such, seeks withdrawal of the

petition.

2. It is further submitted by Mr. Dhiraj Chowdhary, learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner that even the decree of divorce has also

been passed and Rs. 50,000/- have been deposited by petitioner-Mr.

Aditya Sharma and the same may be released in favour of respondent-

Eisha Chandel. The prayer made by learned counsel is allowed and the

amount, which stands deposited by petitioner-Aditya Sharma shall be

released in favour of respondent-Eisha Chandel against proper

verification.

3. Statement, as made hereinabove, is taken on record and the instant

petition is, therefore, dismissed as not pressed.

4. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.

5. Learned counsels appearing for the petitioners submit that they have

instructions not to press the instant petitions any further, as parties

have reached to an out-of-Court settlement.

6. Their statement is taken on record and both the petitions are,

accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

7. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
