1. CM(M) No. 109/2025 was dismissed for non-

appearance of the petitioner as well as his counsel on

07.02.2026. The dismissal of the case had taken place

in the presence of the counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioners have now come forward with the

restoration application CM No. 543/2023, thereby

seeking restoration of the case.

3. Though the application has been filed well

within time but, nevertheless, since the dismissal of

the case had taken place in the presence of the

counsel for the respondents/non-applicants, as such,

requires issuance of notice to Mr. G.R. Tantray

learned counsel for the respondents.

4. Registrar Judicial, Srinagar to issue notice to Mr.

G.R. Tantray, for his appearance in the case on the

next date of hearing.

5. List again on 13.02.2026.
