07.02.2026 CrlM No. 1832/2025:

1. By this application, applicant herein is seeking direction for listing of Crl R No. 3/2024 before the Division Bench of this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced copy of the order passed by this Court dated 22.12.2025 in CrlA(D) No. 111/2025 titled 'Hilal Ahmad Dar Vs. Union Territory Th. Police Station Lalpora, whereby, it has been held that the order of framing charge is an interlocutory order, and no appeal will lie against an interlocutory order in terms of Section 21 of NIA Act before the division bench of this Court. Copy of the order dated 22.12.2025 is taken on record.

3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the instant application.
