1. Mr. T. M. Shamsi, learned DSGI, appears and accepts notice in the matter on behalf of respondent No. 5, whereas Mr. Irfan Andleeb, learned Dy. AG, accepts notice on behalf of the remaining respondents. The respondents shall file their reply/objections in the matter positively by the next date of hearing.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner in respect of his prayer for grant of relief in interim application bearing CM No. 337/2026. Also heard the learned counsel for the respondents in rebuttal.

3. Perused the interim application supported with an affidavit. Also perused the main petition and the copies of documents enclosed with the same as Annexures thereto.

4. List on 2nd March, 2026. In the meantime, subject to any modification/vacation upon consideration of objections/arguments and till next date of hearing before the Bench, the non-applicants/respondents are directed to de-freeze the Account of the applicant/petitioner bearing No. 0673040100002451 maintained with the non-applicant/respondent No. 4, only to the extent of credits being made therein on account of his monthly salary with liberty to the non- applicant/respondents to have surveillance on the said account and to conduct any investigation in accordance with law.
