24.02.2026 Perusal of the file reveals that in terms of Hon'ble Division

Bench order dated 06.05.2024 passed in CM No. 2506/2024 in LPA

98/2024, has directed that "In the meantime, contempt proceedings

shall not be proceeded without the leave of this Court". Proceedings

as such stands deffered in the instant contempt petition.

As per the office report, decision from the Hon'ble Division Bench

is still awaited.
