1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without arraying the company as accused in the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, the complaint has been filed by the respondent against the petitioner.
2. Issue notice to the respondent, subject to petitioner's taking necessary steps within a period of one week.
3. List along with CRM(M) No. 147/2026 on 08.04.2026.
4. Call for the scanned record.
5. In the meantime, subject to objections from the other side and till next date of hearing before the Bench, proceedings in the complaint titled "Dheeraj Sharma vs. Ajeet Singh Thakur" pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hiranagar shall remain stayed.
