Vide order dated 20.05.2024 learned counsel for the appellant was

directed to place on record the judgment of trial Court.

For the reasons stated in the application coupled with the submissions

made at the Bar, the prayer made in the application is allowed and the certified

copy of judgment dated 31.01.2022 is taken on record.

Issue notice to the respondent in CrlM No.719/2024 returnable within four

weeks. Requisite steps for service be taken within one week.

List on 13.10.2025.

Meanwhile, interim direction, if any, shall continue.
